Philippines and Vanuatu to Reinvigorate Technical Skills Cooperation

DFA Assistant Secretary Jose Maria Carino of the Technical Cooperation Council of the Philippines (TCCP), joined by Philippine Honorary Consul Florentino Serrano met with Director Fremden Yanhambath of the Vanuatu Skills Partnership on 27 August 2019 in Port Vila, Vanuatu.

29 August 2019 – Department of Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary Jose Maria Carino of the Technical Cooperation Council of the Philippines (TCCP) met with key stakeholders in Port Vila, Vanuatu to discuss opportunities to reinvigorate technical skills cooperation between the two countries. TCCP has previously provided technical assistance programs for Vanuatu.

During his visit, Assistant Secretary Carino met Hon. Jotham Napat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry, Hon. Matai Seremiah, Minister for Agriculture, Director Femden Yanhambath of the Vanuatu Skills Partnership, and Director Jimmy Rantes of the Ministry of Trade. He was accompanied by Philippine Honorary Consul to Vanuatu Florentino Serrano. END
