07 July 2026, CANBERRA – Ambassador Antonio A. Morales, together with officers of the Philippine Embassy in Canberra, welcomed Australian National University (ANU) Philippines Institute Visiting Fellows Professor Herman Joseph S. Kraft and Professor Andre Palacios during a courtesy meeting at the Embassy.

The meeting included an exchange of views on key global and regional developments, the Philippines’ ASEAN Chairship priorities, and the commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the Arbitral Award.

Professor Herman Joseph S. Kraft teaches International Relations at the University of the Philippines Diliman in Quezon City. He previously served as Convenor of the Strategic Studies Program of the UP Center for Integrative and Development Studies from 2018 to 2025.

Professor Andre Palacios is an Assistant Professor and former Associate Dean of the University of the Philippines College of Law, where he teaches public international law, private international law, and ASEAN law. - END
