Chargé d’Affaires, a.i. Mary Anne A. Padua welcomed Lieutenant General Oscar H. Rabena, Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force (PAF), during the latter’s courtesy call at the Philippine Embassy.Lt. Gen. Rabena is visiting Australia for a series of engagements with Australian defense officials in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne from 23 February to 1 March 2011.His activities include a meeting with Air Marshal Mark Binskin, Chief of the Air Force, and attendance of the Chief of Air Force Symposium and the 2011 Australian International Airshow.
