Mobile Consular Mission to Perth (Advisory # 1)

/ advisory

05 July 2021 - The Philippine Embassy will conduct a Mobile Consular Mission to Perth, Western Australia on 9-13 August 2021. The venue of the mission will be announced at a later date.

The Embassy appreciates the understanding of the public on the challenges in efficiently and safely conducting mobile consular missions during the pandemic while still ensuring that normal operations and all consular services are maintained in the Philippine Embassy in Canberra during the period that a significant number of its personnel are in Perth serving our kababayans.

Passport Applications

This mobile consular mission will be the first of two scheduled missions to Perth for 2021. The upcoming mission on 9-13 August 2021 will serve (a) Filipino citizens whose passports have expired or have been extended and (b) minor Filipino children who will apply for a Philippine passport for the first time. The second mobile mission scheduled later this year, subject to health and travel conditions, will be open to all Filipino citizens.

The online appointment system for passport applications (expired/extended passport holders and first time minor applicants) for the mobile consular mission on 9-13 August 2021 will be available on Friday, 09 July 2021, 1:00PM AWST (Perth time) or 3:00 PM AEST Canberra time. To ensure compliance with COVID19 regulations, the Embassy is unable to accommodate walk-in applicants during the mission.

Please click on the link booking.philembassy.org.au to create an account which will allow you to book an appointment when the appointment system for the Perth Mobile Mission goes live on the above-mentioned date and time. Please follow the instructions in the link. Payment is not required to secure an appointment.

The Embassy also wishes to remind the public of the following:
