The Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Melbourne has organized a mobile passport service to coincide with the “Fiesta sa Melbourne”.

The Embassy’s mobile passport team will be at the “Fiesta sa Melbourne” to accept applications for Machine Readable Passport at the following time and location:

29 November 2008                           10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
30 November 2008                           11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Location: Philippine Fiesta Grounds
Corner Thomas and Armstrong Streets
Laverton, Victoria

Applicants are advised to bring:

a. Three (3) photos with royal blue background
b. Original and certified true copies of their old passport or birth certificates
c. Pre-paid return envelope
d. AUD65.00 in postal money order payable to the Philippine Embassy or letter authorizing the Embassy to charge the fee from their credit card account.
